Here is the original shot. For the one I posted, I had to lighten it up a lot, take out the sun glare at the top left, and I increased the saturation a little.

At first I used the clone tool with a small brush, but then realised that a large, fuzzy brush that is slightly transparent works better.

1. Used the cloning tool
2. Smeared a bit also with a large, fuzzy and slightly transparent brush.
