Hi,

As mentioned earlier, I did this workshop to make the picture look more dramatic. The soft ware used for workshop was Photofiltre.
1. Adjusted levels to make those clouds on the edges look a bit more dramatic
2. Used magic wand to select and soften those blue sky and the rain bow a bit to make it look dreamy

As mentioned earlier I did a quick workshop to correct the haziness (Used Gamma correction)and sharpness using Photofiltre.

Hi Murali,
As mentioned in the mote, i have tried to recompose the picture and increase the sharpness using PhotoFiltre.
Also used NoiseWare to remove noise
