Hi Mike,

Sorry, I use the word halo but actually I was meaning the thin white line surrounding the bird.
It is visible especially on the bottom of the bird and on the left side of the first upper wing.
I just went manually in PS and matched it with the blue sky. Sometimes it is more evident to see this with line and it is mostly created while performing a sharpen.

Still, I like the picture very much.

J'ai peut-être exagéré comme tu vois le contour de ton câdrage est maintenant gris :-) (hi, hi)
Ceci fait très rapidement bien sûr.
Il faudrait aussi faire un petit travail de "brushage" :-)
Bref ça donne une idée afin de faire resortir les couleurs.

Last year, same view, different perspective,...

I remember it was rainy when we got there, so I did not change lens to be able to zoom more so I decided to take this shot to have a different perspective...

Focal length: 55mm --> digital 87mm
Exposure: 1/125
Aperture: f/5.6
ISO: 800
