| Intro: | I'm a 27 yr old male, living in Brisbane, Australia. I generally go out photographing nature with my girlfriend Janina (JayJay) who has also signed up to TN recently.. feel free to swing by her page and leave her some comments! =) Recently got my first SLR camera in early December '07 (both myself and Janina got one each). It's a Canon DSLR EOS 400d/Digital Rebel XTi with the twin lens kit. They are a 18-55mm and a 75-300mm. A nice upgrade from my 5yr old point-and-click). It's been a lot of fun so far, learning techniques and the camera itself, and i'm looking forward to taking so many photo's of the sights that this amazing planet has to offer! I enjoy taking photo's of all sorts of things, however nature seems to have a special spot in my heart. I like taking pics of landscapes, sunrises and sunsets, and all animals. I really love macro photography, especially of insects and arachnids, so a proper macro lens is high on my list of things to buy. Feel free to suggest any that you recommend! I help out with the Australian Tarantula Association quite a bit, and have a fair sized collection of Aussie T's. I may show a pic or 2 at somestage, although i know pets aren't really the TN way. But some of you may be interested to see them anyway. i guess that's about it for now.. I look forward to seeing all your nature photo's and sharing mine.
