| Intro: | Hello, TN happened to me by chance.And I found this a great place where egos retreat and camarderie kick in. My intial equipment was an Olympus P&S camera. But i n'ver did much nature photography with it.And by the time i got hooked to nature and its beautiful bounties i had a HP Pocket PC which gave some very clean shots.The first uploads i did here, however, are from a Sony Handycam.One can well imagine how best(or terrible) handycam shots can turn out to be!!!!And thanks to my uncle, i got a chance to try one of the best P& S cameras i have come across, from Sony.DHC-5 was superb and the results were sharp and one of the best a P&S could manage. However, When it came to buying one for myself i settled for a Canon SX100IS -that i am using now. The best things about this camera it offers a great 10x optical zoom and is very compact.I can even carry it in my little purse.And i am truly enjoying the results most of the time.SLR can wait for some time more.. "Iris' hues" is a psuedonym - a name i liked for its connect with the eyes through which i see the world and colours that make up my world. It is a great pleasure to see all those wonderful works by each of my friends here. There is so much i have imbibed and so much more to be.
