Adjusting the levels brought out some more color detail - noise reduction executed on the background only got rid of the noise.
In addition I thought that a somewhat tighter crop would add to the image.

Mostly adjustment of Levels, since it has a little color cast. Secondly and moderately I selected the yellows and adjusted their levels somewhat separately. I hope you approve!
Remove the small distractions from UL corner and rightside bottom... Achieve this via rotation;
This also zooms the photo somewhat, while maintaining thirds rule.
