Hi Jim
Cropped up from the bottom to take out the red/pink colour that was a little distraction. Now the attention goes straight to the flower which does deserve all the attention, beautiful colour and lighting.

1st I made a little sharpness adjustment (Smartsharpen-Motionblur and Unsharpmask). Then duplicated the layer and made a highpass. After that noise reduction and little work in levels and contrast.

Noise Filter

I used neat Image and selected "Filter and Sharpen Image." The noise is pretty much gone and the sharpening is just slight.
