The idea is to reduce the filtering effect of the glass, leading to a lack of brightness in colors and contrast.
So, autolevels. It brought a bit more green and contrast. Then, global colors saturation (+20). Finally NeatImage to clean the photo. Hope you'll like it.

I dare to make a WS of your beautiful image.
I use USM 0.3 pixels and 150% Amount.
Your inmage had no color profile so i give it a sRGB profile and I think the contrast get better,
