 Blur Tool and Cooling filter | livios
(16856) [2007-10-15 12:34:36] [1] | Hello, Kathy.
Firstly, I apllied Cooling Filter (80; 25%) in order to try to smooth colors a bit. Then, I used the Blur Tool on the background in an attempt to get rid of the noise.
I hope you like it.
Cheers.

(16856) [2007-08-20 17:28:02] | Marconi, como dito, arrisquei um breve workshop. Fiz o seguinte:
- Removi, com a ferramenta Clone, o que parece o fio de uma cerca, na parte de cima da foto;
- Menos brilho e mais contraste;
- Apliquei um pouquinho de nitidez somente sobre o tatu.
Valeu.

 Some of them | livios
(16856) [2007-08-07 21:10:06] [2] | Hi, Jeff. My intention is to offer a contribution.
These are the steps:
1) Duplicate the image;
2) Clone tool to make the whole picture green;
3) Gaussian blur all over the image;
4) On the keyboard, press "Alt" and click on "Add layer mask" on Photoshop (this will bring back the original image;
5) Click on the Brush tool. Magnify the image and restore the parts of the blurred image you are interested in by using the Brush tool;
6) Click on the Blur tool, magnify the image and blur the edges of the tigers, to minimize the feeling they had been "cut" and pasted upon the image;
7) Some contrast and saturation;
8) Some sharpness.
That's it; I hope you like it.
Cheers.

(16856) [2007-08-04 18:46:51] [3] | Hello, Manee.
Through Photoshop CS3, less brightness and more contrast.
I also applied Smart Sharpen: 300 / 1,2.
Finally, some cropping, to suggest a different composition in which the main subject is not so centered (rule of thirds).
I hope you like it.
Cheers.

 Blur Tool | livios
(16856) [2007-07-28 13:38:33] [4] | Hello, Richard.
I simply applied the Blur Tool (CS3) on the background, in order to both get rid of the noise and make the bird stands out against the background.
I hope you like it.
Cheers.
