i clicked auto settings did a 35% pass of noiseware noise reduction and then did sharpen edges..

i cloned out the branches and leave images which were not too sharp and make the eye go to the edge
i used a straightforward cloning stamp and did it rather quickly so apologies for that as well

i tried to get the head separated from the background tonality by using some extra contrast and gamma..then some added highlights and a bit of added shadows..the tone drifted a bit..sorry..and sharpening wouldnt work but i passed it under 10% noise reduction which tends to give some apparent extra sharpness..
