| Intro: | Hi I'm a relative newcomer to photography and originally started really taking photos in 2001 as I was birdwatching and wanted to photograph unfamiliar birds so that I could later identify them. I was shooting 1-2 films a week - which got kind of expensive- particularly with all the blurry ones. Last year my husband bought me the digital camera I am using now. I'm enjoying it so much that my friend and I now bushwalk once to three times a week and photograph birds, insects and wildflowers. I also like to photograph whales when I get the chance. |
