And since I just learned how to do frames I framed it with colors taken from the photo.
I increased mid-tones and contrast and sharpened, then I made the frames, but had to make the whole thing smaller to post here.

Using the blur tool to get rid of the noise.
Adding a slight contrast to increase the colours.
Adding a slight usm 300-0.3-1.

Tried to improve this picture,but i'm not satisfied with it..first your file size is to small,It may be up to 200kb, yours was 16kb..so with the max compression you get to lose a lot details..
What did was the following.
Did USM on the duck.
Despecle the water part.
sharpen the eye part off the duck with luminosity.
As i said i'm not satisfied with the result but I can't do better..the only thin that improves is the water part and the luminosity of the eye.
