I sharpened it and played with the shadows and highlights. Added a frame and removed noise.
This is my point of view and I wanted to make it look like some japanese picture :D

I thought this image could do with a bit more sharpness.
I didn't want to introduce any colour halos so I did it through Lab Colour on the lightness channel, then applied USM at 90%, 1 radius , 4 threshold, then repeated.
Returned to RGB colour and used NeatImage to reduce the BG noise.
Hope you like the improvement.
