Basically I duplicated the layer, and then selected Hue/Saturation. In the drop down menu I seleced Cyans, and then moved the hue slider to the right to make the colour of the sky more natural as it appeared to be washed out in the original image. I then erased away the areas of that layer that I did not want altered. Hope you like it!
I first made the shadow & highlight tool of photoshop the lighten the underexposed areas. Then sharpened a bit and then lastly auto levels. Hope it looks more nice now.
