I don't know what photo editing software you use, but here I apply the crop function in Photoshop by marking the part of the image I want to keep!

Next I adjust levels to brighten the image...

After that I sharpen the image a tad (USM, 150) and add a simple frame!

Hope you like it, as I say... this is only one of many possible solutions!
