I merely tried to remove the slight smokiness that I referred to and bring a bit more colour to the posting. I've adjusted the "Levels" by reducing the bar on the white slider, then I used the "Shadow/Highlight" tool to balance the darker and lighter areas, I increased the "Saturation" just a tad and gave it a minor bump with the "USM" tool.
I hope you approve of the optimisation.

1. The background was a bit noisy so it selected the uni color BG and ran Noiseware professional over it.
2. While I was at it - the gray bg looked a bit drap and boring so I added a little green.
