| Intro: | I currently live in the South side of London but I was born in Finland. Wildlife photography has been my interest since I was 10. My first SLR was completely manual as they mostly were at the time. The arrival of digital photography has made things much more interesting and rewarding. I haven't posted nor do I have any intention to post any pictures of captive animals. I therefore expect the same from the others as well and only give credits to those pictures when they have been taken with an exceptional skill. Photographs are works of art and as such protected by copyright and authors right of the home jurisdiction of the author. In this case it is England and Wales. As the owner of this website keeps on changing Terms of Service and Terms of Use without informing the users I feel I have to clarify the conditions of the limited licence I am granting the owner of the website and the users: My pictures and related materials may only be published on this (Treknature.com) website. They may only adapted for the purpose of meeting the technical requirements of publishing them on this site. You may only download and make a temporary copy of the pictures and the materials for the purpose of viewing them on your computer. After viewing the copies must be destroyed unless that happens automatically. The only exception is the WORKSHOP pictures where you may after editing retain your own version for your own non-commercial use without the right to further distribution. However, as I own the rights to the underlying work, credit for me must be displayed at any time (you may not present the picture as your own). Any disputes relating to these photographs or related materials shall be solved in the courts of England and Wales where the local laws shall be applied. Any violations of my Intellectual Property Rights shall be prosecuted.
