Nice shot but I think a little PP could help to improve.
I did a crop to suppress the right part and apply a sharp filter.

I added some sharpness with Intellisharpen II, a PhotoShop plug-in.
Then, some saturation - just on the reds (+25).

2) Sharpness with Intellisharpen II.
