Here is what I did:
i) Put through NeatImage pro to reduce the noise in the background.
ii) Used the blur tool set to about 4 pixels wide and 50% strength, 70% hardness and zoomed the image to 200% and removed bits of compression around the edges of the flower and butterfly.
iii) Altered the levels by bringing the black slider in a tad.
iv) Reduced the highlights by about 7%.

j' ai fait un essai mais pour bien faire il faudrai changer les couleurs du cerfs, alors ça je ne sais pas trop faire bien et de plus rien ne vaut le plus naturel.
donc pas fait grand chose , ajout de luminosité, contraste, raviver couleurs et un cadre qui permet de faire ressortir un peu le sujet.
a toi de voir comment tu trouves

J'ai appliqué Neat Image pour le bruit sur le BG seulement avec l'aide du lasso et de l'outil "magic wand tool" dans Photoshop CS et j'ai apliqué un peu de Unsharp Mask pour la détailler la grenouille . |

I've also changed the levels of the picture: 14; 0,85; 254 - it makes it less grey. And finally I've sharpen it using unsharp mask: 54%, 3 pixels.
