In PS I used the Shadow/Highlight function to brighten up some dark parts. I enhanced the saturation for red by 12%. See whether you like the result, if not tell me, I will understand

Hi!
I cropped the picture so that the flower is in center. I also used levels to increase contrast, so that the flower seem to shine in the sun!

Hi!
I just wanted to try something on your photo - I dont know what you think? I cropped the top and bottom to make a more panoramic view, so that the focus is aimed at the marsh an trees. I also used levels and curves to get the contrast better.
Its just a different approach to the same photo, and maybe you find some useful meaning out of it - or maybe not..hehe!

1. Cropping to remove uninteresting parts.
2. Increase contrast.
3. Slight increase in saturation.
4. Refocus (sharpen).
