I adjusted the levels some to get a better color in the sky. applied some Unsharp Mask. Boosted saturation +10, and ran it thri Neat Image Pro to remove some noise.
I balance the pixels out more across the entire tonal range with levels. The then added 10% to shadows, and 5% to highlights. +10 of saturation, and a very slight additional sharpening in smart sharpen.
