Isolate and Sharpen | | earthtraveler
(3519) [2007-12-18 09:32:13] | With Photoshop Elements 4 using the Magnetic Lasso tool I loosly circled the bird to isolate then used the Unsharp Mask tool to sharpen.
The settings were: Amount 200%, Radius .3 pixels, Threshold 0
