Here are the changes:
I reduced brightness by -6 and inceased contrast +11 and changed colour balance as +13 0 +5.
I did all the changes in Photoshop CS2.

Very nice photo and good BG.
But I did some changes.hope you like it.
Here are the changes:
Brightness reduced by -4 and Contrast increased by 14+ .
I also used sharpen filter, all the changes was done in Photoshop CS.2
