I found this photo of yours a bit grey, so I added some contrast to it. No other change made. I hope you like it, I think maybe it emphasizes the nice colors and the reflections even more.

In PS I cropped, contrasted and sharpened the pic. I applied "Dodge-fade" tool to lighten up the Grey heron on the pole. I changed the color balance in the direction of blue. See whether you like it!

I cropped the forth Egret from the image. Now my eye is focused on the three and not being pulled to the bird on the right.

I felt all the empty water didn't really enhance the subject of the photo, so I cropped to give it a more vertical composition, which would complement the height of the bird. Hope you like it.
