Copy main image from screen
File > New > Clipboard >OK
Select canvas > Paste image into it.
Image > adjustments > Shadows and Highlights
Using the extended menu,
Shadows Amount 55% , Tonal Width 56% , Radius 6 pixels
Highlights Amount 12% , Tonal Width , Radius 137 pixels
Colour Correction +18
Darken light BG with Burn-tool set to Highlights and a soft edged brush.
Sharpen
Image > Mode > Labcolour > Channels > Lightness > USM 154% X Radius 1px X Threshold 4px
re-size image to TN max 800px at 72 dpi
save to web 198.5k as close to TN max of 200k.
