Alors voilà, j'ai d'abord découpé l'image pour la mettre au format vertical, que j'aime beaucoup. Ensuite, j'ai rajouté un peu de contraste et de saturation aux couleurs pour les rendre plus lumineuses, et enfin, j'ai rajouté le même cadre blanc que je mets sur toutes mes photos à moi. Ce n'est que mon opinion, bien sur, et votre photo est belle telle que vous l'avez publiée, mais j'espère néanmoins que le résultat vous plaira...

I picked up one of the old pufballs and held it in one hand while taking the picture with the other hand, so you can have an approximation of its size. An it was not the biggest one I saw this day...

Here I was kneeling just under the bats, I was very close, and each time one of them moved I was afraid it would fall on my face ! :-) It was a bit scary, even if I love those animals. But it was a great moment for me...

Roe Deer

Unfortunately, I was not prepared at all for these deers - I was trying to shhot a lizard, laying on the ground, on my stomach. They were very fast and I had hardly enought time to point my camera towards them. But still I like the result, but even though quality is awful it is still visible how beautiful these animals are when they run and jump.

Sharpening and contrasts

I used Photoshop to sharpen the picture and to add somecontrast to the colors - don't hesitate to tell me what you think about it.

First I improved levels and contrast of the colors to make the picture look a bit more luminous.

Secondly I cropped the picture to leave less space around the flower - the picture is now centered more on the flower and we are less distracted by the dry flowers in the BG.

I also sharpened the flower a little, ad to finish I added a little frame because I think pictures look better with a frame. But that's just my own opinion, some people do not agree with me.

Anyway, I hope that you wil like the result.

Grès des Vosges

This is a beautiful example of what happens to the Grès des Vosges when it is exposed to rain and wind - nature carves the most beautiful patterns in the stone. I was quite amazed the first time I saw this, but in fact it is quite common. I though it was interesting enough to show it here, as stone also belongs to nature...

A capret of fungi
