First rotated the image 0.75°CW as suggested in my critique.
Next used Lasso (feather 3px) to grab the tail of the swan, and added a little brightness/contrast. Selected again and repeated until the tail area was nearly as bright as the rest of the swan.
Then used CloneTool in Color mode to paint colour from the sunlight part of the swan into the blue tinted shadow area.
