This is one of the rare instances where cloning IS permitted on TN.
Using the cloning tool, I have sampled a bit of the dark green close to the red number and simply pasted it over top to hide the red.

Levels to brighten up you picture
Hue/Saturation
Shadow/highlight both to pump up a bit the colors and to make the subject stand out more.
Reduce noise.
Frame and a bit cropped.
