I thought I'd choose the other way (not clone but crop), just to show more possibilities.
Some level adjusting, a bit of contrast and sharpening, cropping off the bottom left tree and same amount from the top, adding a simple top-bottom "frame". Played around with wb, but ended up with the original. Strange colors for a sky, but looks fine and it was probably it :) Thanks for looking!

In PS/CS2 I used a large healing brush to make a single swipe over the vegetation in the lower left. I also used Gaussian blur to reduce some of the noise in the sky. Hope you like it.
