Only cropped some of the foreground. I think the rock provides a nice intro into the foto. I also think it puts a bit more emphasis on the main subject. Hope you do not mind:)
Cropped the photo on the left to create the feeling that the bird is entering the photo, not leaving it as the original suggests. This is important for all photos showing movement.
