Then using Photoshop Elements 4 magnetic lasso tool I circled and isolated the flower. Then with unsharp mask filter I sharpened flower with settings: Amount 200%, Radius .3 pixels, Threshold 0

Used magnetic lassoo to create a separate foreground layer for the flower.
Desaturated the background and applied Neat Image noise reduction.
Reduced brightness of foreground and increased contrast. Sharpened foreground. |
