This winter is really was winter of learning of flight shooting for me.
My technique is: continues AF, continues mode of shooting, automatic selection of a focusing point, aperture priority mode, spot metering mode, some exposure compensation (-0.3 – -0.7 (last is considering feature of my camera)) and, of course, I follow for flying birds through viewfinder quickly. Distance for shooting is rather close and scenes are so dynamic.
