Dear Ulla.
Once again you are right and you have helped me with ID. It is really Small Bugloss. I have seen many shots in Internet and I suppose that it is this species. Only I must notice that my pant is smaller that those I have found in Internet. Maximum 10-15 cm in height. I think this is feature of our region plants. Many thanks and best wishes.
