That's pretty gutting, the lighting was quite dim. I came home to early and didnt realise I was going to miss one of the best sunsets we've had since a couple of storms back. My daughter went outside and said "mum there's an awesome sunset out here" I went out and the whole sky was the most amazing pinks, but I could tell by the look of it, that it was just about over, and that I would have missed it by the time I got anywhere to take it. So last night was a night of missed opportunities. I actually hadnt thought about using a tripod for these kinds of shots, i guess I should carry it with me all the time.
