Concerning FF sensor. I like so much possibility to switch from FX (Full Frame) mode to DX (crop 1.5x) mode by button. Last one has a bit more than 5MP (against 6MP at Minolta 7D). It is enough for me and my purposes.
If subject is close I use FX mode. If subject is far from me I switch to DX mode immediately. It is excellent feature. Instead lens with one focus length I always has the same lens with two focus lengths.
I am sure at Sony A900 crop mode with its 11MP is more better. However, level of noise is uncompared.
