Hi Billy,
thanks for your kind words and suggestion.
I have a big monopod with a good head but it will not work for in-flights shots
specially fast flying ducks, you still have to lift for shot.
I use my old technique when I was shooting trap and skeet, point ans shot.
I also have a big videohead on my tripod and it works sometime with not fast flying birds.
And my 300mm weight around 3kg and is a non-is lens.
