I usually photograph in RAW+JPG mode: JPG for preview, RAW for PP. In this case I converted RAW image in TIFF, cropped a bit and corrected quite a little bit some colour tones (by FS, "selective colour" tool) for my taste, resized, compressed and converted to JPG. However, posted shot looks almost like TIFF.
