Earth, dust and stones mixed with water from fresh rain or melting snow... what do we need more to say that it is nature? The fact that this picture has been taken on the ground of a quarry does not mean it isn't nature. There is nothing artificial in the composition of the surface where I took the picture. This kind of picture also can be taken in the bed of a river. I have some examples in my archives...
