Hi again, Niek and glad that you are convinced :)
This is indeed a superb place and, in fact, the whole Apuseni Natural Park is worth exploring. It contains various forms of relief, all sorts of different rock formations and soils so it also comprises in many interesting plants and animals, as well.
And since you probably miss out a little on mountain photography in your country, this might be a nice location for when you visit Romania.
Anyway, i don't want to push things too hard or too fast...take your time and decide and we'll talk more about it next year.
