I don't think there should be less species in the Botanic Garden of Lódz, I think You weren't on the right place in the right time... :) Anyway, here is the list of species I ever found in the Népkert (never counted them, believe it or not, so I don't know if there were 30 or a bit less. From my private notebook.):
