Hey seen any good launches yet !! ;0) Mate I've had that lens for a couple of years I actually bought whilst I worked in Melbourne about 5 years ago, it hardley see the light of day. I just thought I would get it out and blow the dust of so to speak, don't get the worng impression I'm a Canon man, this was prior to the 100-400mm and the 400mm 2,8, I was thinking of taking on the trip in Aug/Sept simply because its 50-500, only down side is its not as fast as the 2.8 but for what I'll be useing it for it should do the job, actually I'm quite pleased with the results, all the elements were against us this day overcast, dull ,raining, you name it so I was a little suprised how the shot looked. Still planning to be their for the end of May launch we'll book it as soon as we get back in September, should be a blast really looking forward to it, heading of to work so we'll catch up take it easy love to Maryanne XXXx |
