Though I know that your main interest is fungi, it pleases me to know that this 'nut-tree butterfly' photograph evokes nice memories from your childhood.
Yes I have some photos that I have taken of fungi, but I am not pleased with their appeal on a site like TN, not like your latest that has that kind of appeal. My dream is to capture a fine group of Chanterelles in a great mossy substrate before I pick them: as you know they are both attractive and great for the gourmé. We shall see...
