When you use a digtal camera is the highlights the problem, when you set to -2/3
you avoid is , the shadows in a digital picture have very much information that is
easy to pick up , in opposite to a film camera , you don't want dark parts in a negative.
I use ISO 400 very often, a Canon 10D have no noise up to ISO 400.
