Until now, I dryed the Hydnum. Also dryed others like boletus, Chantarellus tubaeformis and macrolepiotas, but did not make conserves, and this is a nice guide.
Also precook and freeze some abundant species like Macrolepiota.
I want to keep posting receipes from time to time, and I will be waiting for the next from you :D
