Hi all,
I tried a new technique. This is in a room outside the house where the pot plants are. I found him on this leaf. I had the light inside on set the camera to the aperture setting of F36 on the tripod, focussed and swithched the light off. It was completly dark inside. Then I took the shot. It worked like a charm. All four shots I took had this result. I guess the 30 seconds was not important the only light was the flash.
I think I will try it again. Frequently insects come to the plants in here.
