Sorry for the late reply, but I just had to say thanks for your kind words.

You are correct in observing and mentioning that the plant which the butterfly sat on is not visible as it was right below the butterfly. As much as I would like to take credit for a 'butterfly in flight' shot that would be well removed from the truth.
