Yes, indeed i'm very into herpetology and i've seen hundreds of L. agilis o my trips. However, none of them actually tried to attack me. I saw your picture - the one with the open mouth (very nice, by the way) - and i've seen this behavior at them. It isn't really an attack, but a defence mechanism. It basicly tries to scare you :). In some cases, if you catch the lizard by hand, it may bite you a little bit, but nothing serios...so i wouldn't really call it an attack.
