Hi Philipe,
I did use NeatImage to increase the blur of the BG to lessen the hardness of the stone. I also made sure the bird did not "soften". It does look soft though. This is the way he looks in the unedited version and in real life. I did not even adjust saturation levels. I have about twenty similar shots.
