Well, I can't see any noise as such, although there is a light 'halo' around the edges of the wings which is a result of sharpening the image. It's virtually unavoidable, especially on this type of image where it's almost inpossible to have the image perfectly sharp in the first place :)
If you look at any TN image where there is a distinct and sharp edge between light and dark areas, you'll probably see this type of light line. I use a TFT monitor which really shows up any contrast or noise and it looks OK to me, so I don't know what you mean, other than that.
