Hello Peter,
I must say most of my telephoto (macro) shots at this distance are either a bit blurry or too grainy. But this one, despite cropping down to about 20% of the original, turned out quite well.
I might have over estimated the distance but she was well above me in height and I had to have some distance to get the right perspective. It was at least 3.5 meters anyway The image stabiliser is a great help, I must say.
